Annual Capstone Project Product Tasting (2025)

Prof. Monica Medina presents the annual Capstone Project Product Testing in UPRA where her students from the course TEQU-4206 create a product from scratch utilizing the knowledge acquired through their curriculumn in Technology in Industrial Chemical Processes.

Students prepared an array of products ranging from wine, rum, vodka, beer, and even chocolate!
