Today, students were welcomed by Prof. Glorymill Santiago to the Integrated Science Multipurpose Laboratory (ISMuL) and had the opportunity to learn about the academic programs offered by our university, UPR Arecibo, through Prof Omayra Santiago. They also received an orientation to the different science programs from Prof. Mónica Medina of the Physics and Chemistry Department, which included a presentation of the periodic table, the only one in Puerto Rico located here at ISMuL. They also had the opportunity to visit the anatomy laboratory with Prof. Sonia Reyes.
