Prof. Angel Acosta is a contributor to the article “Empowering Communities Through Citizen Science” in the National Association of Geoscience Teachers’ magazine In the Trenches. The lead author is Angel A. Garcia Jr. from James Madison University with collaborators José Santos-Valderrama from Proyecto Cabachuelas and Aixa Alemán-Díaz from AGU. In this article we talk about citizen science projects at the Las Cabachuelas Nature Reserve as part of the “EXpanding adaPtivE Capacity Towards (EXPECT) Climate Change” project.
